RETURN AND REFUND
If you change your mind about a product you've purchased from us, you're welcome to return it for a refund (excluding the shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt.
1. Contact us via E-Mail info@konnunu.net and give us your Orders Number, Name and Contact.

2. After you have received our Return Confirmation you can carefully package the product up with a copy of the receipt. Please make sure that the product is unused and in the original condition and package.

3. Send to the address, which will be shown in the Return Confirmation.

4. The purchase price (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded to you, using the original payment method once we have received the item in original condition.

*As we are a small shop, you will need to pay all return postage costs, unless agreed otherwise due to the nature of your complaint.
*Sale items cannot be returned.
* Hygiene items e.g. Teether cannot be returned. Because of the hygiene and health risks.
